“Jerry is the MOST CARING barber ever. I was so amazed today when I visited Imperial Barbershop. I met him a month ago in a social gathering. At that time I had just gotten a haircut somewhere else from a barber who didn’t really listened to me, and cut way too much. I would not have said a word about it to anyone, and just pretend to be cool about it. Today I visited his shop, and explained him the way I wanted my haircut, he said in a very gentle way: “I noticed that day you were not happy with your haircut.” Keeping all of this in mind, he got the PERFECT haircut for me, and he got a customer and a friend for life. The environment in his shop is wonderful. Everybody there makes you feel at home. I am VERY, VERY SATISFIED with the service.”
