I am delighted with the repairs and improvements that Jorge Cortez and his team made to my ancient drip irrigation system. He found the ultimate cause of a significant leak (a valve stuck open in a hard-to-get-to controller under my back deck) and manually shut it off while he ordered a replacement. His team replaced several drip nozzles with micro-sprinklers, and swapped out some badly deteriorated lines for new ones. Everyone was friendly and super-efficient. At the end, Jorge returned to inspect everything (correcting a couple of very minor flaws) before declaring the job finished. All the work came with a one-year warranty. Had a really great experience with SB Evolution Landscape! Was able to schedule an a yard cleanup quickly. Did an amazing job cleaning up my back hill. They were very thorough from trimming the trees, cutting back palms, weeding and hauled away all the debris. Would highly recommend!
We bought our home in 2023 from folks who had used SB Evolution Landscape for years. We have continued being customers -- and happily so. This company has worked diligently to maintain our irrigation system. We have just shifted our front lawn area from water-intensive grass to drought-resistant plants. This required a new installation in that area, replacing sprinklers with mini-sprinklers (not drip). Company owner Jorge Cortez was extremely knowledgeable and caring in designing the new system and in supervising its installation by his skilled workers, with Francisco in the lead.
