I appreciated Central Coast Home Health Physical Therapist John coming several times to my house to provide Physical Therapy after my knee surgery.

John gave me days and times I could expect him to arrive. He was timely and provided me with exercises that I should do daily and captured pictures that allowed me to perform them properly each day.

John’s methods allowed me to make the most of each of these sessions and provided me with some challenges so could improve my flexibility and strength daily.

All in all I felt really good with the knowledge John imparted in me, and allowed me to improve my stamina and flexibility.
