“I’ve been to Anastacio a handful of times and after years of not being able find someone in Santa Barbara who can cut my thick hair well, I’ve found my guy.

Anastacio is professional, focused and does a great cut. I’ve been to excellent stylists in LA and NYC and Anastacio is one of the best cuts I’ve ever gotten.

“Losing your hair due to chemo is a very difficult thing to go through. I loved my natural hair and having to shave it off was one of the hardest things I've ever done. After a couple of failed attempts to find the right wig (including purchasing a very expensive custom human hair wig online), I was feeling defeated and pretty low. I ended up going to Kimberly's and was so pleasantly surprised. Annie was very empathetic, helpful, and sweet. She was my wig angel :) I ended up finding a wig that looks so similar to my natural hair - no one can even tell it's not! It made me feel like myself again and I am so grateful. “Just had my first appointment here and had a wonderful experience with Adela. I got a perm and she did such a great job. I have quite thick& extremlyy straight hair and she was so diligent and patient. She did a great job at answering any and all questions I had and made me feel very comfortable! It is quite difficult to find a salon that does perms in the 805 and Adela totally came to the rescue! I am so pleased with the results :’) the salon itself is so cute w so much character. I love to be in a salon that has personality & fun decor haha! Overall I had a great experience and I will be returning to have Adela do another perm in the future! Highly recommend!“

I've been doing Keratins for years, but decided to try something new. Ariel was the stylist and the results have been amazing. “Fabian is a great hairstylist. Very calm and relaxed like his shop Sequel. Sequel has a nice hidden plaza behind where two adjacent restaurant/bars are to enjoy while waiting. Highly recommend Fabian if you don’t know what to do with your hair and bring a photo. He’ll let you know pros/cons and what goes good with your face and body type. He will also go into detail about the hair product based on hair type and style.“

I don’t trust a lot of people with my hair, especially since it was naturally dark virgin hair.. so I’m pretty picky, but she made me feel comfortable right away! She really listened to what I wanted and didn’t overdo anything, which I appreciated. By the end of it alll she made me lighter brunette with dimension that looks super natural but still has depth and movement. She’s meticulous and good with details and the blend is really soft so it grows out nicely without harsh lines.
The whole appointment felt easy and not stressful, and you can tell she knows what she’s doing without making it feel intimidating. If you’re someone who’s picky about your hair like me and wants a brunette (even better go blonde) that isn’t one-dimensional, I’d definitely recommend her!! 10/10“
