That Tech Jeff
“My 93 year old, tech savvy mom has been working with Jeff for over 10 years. He is a humongous part of why she has continued to develop and refine her computer skills. She has always talked about how great he is and he never fails to provide excellent service. I had the pleasure of being in her state for the holidays and witnessed Jeff being overly patient while solving a computer problem. Mom thinks he's just her technical support but he will also be my tech guy from here on. I loved the way he treated her. Jeff is well versed and has a vast knowledge of the technical support field after many years of serving in the industry. Thank you for so much more than your computer skills, you've helped improve my mothers quality of life.”
