“Steve did an excellent job of cleaning and replacing the roller system in my old HP laser printer first purchased in 2008. He offered advice on the phone, initially, to change the color cartridges since I was getting red streaks when printing. I had extras on hand since I knew they were getting low anyway. That solved some of the issues in itself. The printer might be older but it works like new again! Thank you Steve!“
