“We've had Oneal Brothers Plumbers out around three times, and they are now our go to plumber. preston usually handles the service calls from my experience, which is awesome. he is also really good about sending plumbing quotes fast and keeping the cost right on target. bryson, trenton, and the rest of the crew have all been great to work with. Most recently, our older water heater failed and sent water across the laundry room floor, and the team was able to get out to our home in Santa Barbara within about 20 minutes of the call to help shut off the leak and stop the flooding. We were first told a replacement water heater could be installed a little later, but after the crew arrived and started removing the old tank, another truck pulled up with the new unit so the installation could be finished much sooner than expected. The whole process felt smooth, professional, and well organized. They explained the repair steps clearly, worked efficiently, and made a stressful plumbing problem much easier to deal with. The pricing on the invoice was very fair, and the fast response, honest estimates, and quality workmanship really stood out. i cannot recommend them enough, they are truly a 5.0 star plumbing outfit.“

“I called Lewis Plumbing for a drainage issue in my kitchen sink. When the Lewis Plumbing technician called Isaac came in, the water was passing through, just slowly. The sink was still usable. When he left, the kitchen line was blocked completely. I payed $900, and the problem was not only resolved, it magnified in proportion. I now cannot use the kitchen sink (and dishwasher) and have major repairement project on my laps. The Lewis plumber seemed to not know what he was doing. When he left, he forgot his equipment (large drain cleaner) in my shower, when I call them to take this out of my house he returned to get it, and after he left I had to screw in the drain opening myself. They charge $165 per hour, and he charged me for 4 hours work while he was in my house for little over 3 hours. Isaac also lied on the invoice claiming the kitchen drain was blocked from the beginning. Shame on you, Lewis Plumbing. It's the most overpriced plumbing company in my area, and I came to them because my HOA recommended it. Reading the reviews on Yelp I see many people had bad experiences with them. I wish I researched them before choosing this company.

An update: the company manager called and offered to send a technician at no cost to try to correct the issue. A senior technician came in and fixed the problem within an hour. He also brought back the check I gave them, and issued a new invoice, for $390, which seems very fair. The technician was super nice, and clearly very experienced. The bottom line: the company clearly stands up to its reputation, and makes amends if anything goes wrong. Frankly, I did not expect this, and am more than happy with the resolution of the situation.“

He expertly resolved our plumbing issues of removal and replacement of rotted drain collars with toe taps in our two bathtubs. He was knowledgeable, highly experienced, thorough and precise. Despite other plumbers ideas about ripping out drywall on the opposite of our shower, Gabe simply removed a 3 mm Allen Screw to access the leaky shower valve and replace it with a new valve that he had on his truck.
