We have been getting a major runaround from management about a couple of serious plumbing issues. Jarrod was the first and only person so far to listen to us, take us seriously, CARE about our problems and try his best to solve them. Fixed one completely and made a good start on another (unfortunately, we have to get management to authorize finishing the job and they will probably try to stonewall us again). Having lung issues already I confess I was a little worried, wondered about moving out. The landlord (a hero!) called Acme Detection, and Gary Fuller was on site with all his detection devices, moving quickly around the house - and within an hour he knew what pipes needed to be replaced, what walls & ceilings had to be uncovered - and immediately after his assessment, his construction crew showed up and did all the cutting, pipe fixing, replastering - the whole thing solved in about 2 weeks maximum. I stayed in another part of the house while it went on, without trouble. TERRIFIC TEAM! Honest, also and that's the main thing.”

“After detecting a gas leak and having our gas service turned off on a weekend we were stressing out. We called multiple plumbers and Raul Munoz (owner) got back to me in less than an hour, came over to quote the work on a Sunday, had crew there first thing Monday to start work. The job was a bigger one than we'd hoped (condition of the line was very poor), but Raul was in constant communication about it. They completed a trenchless replacement of the whole line in 2 days and cleaned everything up very nicely! Worth noting that another firm responded later Sunday but said that coming out on a Sunday to provide an estimate would in itself be $150/hr. Greatly appreciated their help and would hire again.”
