We had a very heavily pet-dander and urine-stained carpet, which smelled terribly. We were doubtful that any kind of cleaning could get this carpet clean and odor-free. We thought for sure we would have to replace it. Eric, at Bearinger ChemDry, did an amazing job and got the carpet both clean and odor free. It was like a miracle! I cannot recommend Eric and Bearinger ChemDry more highly. His process really works!

My carpet looks like new! We've had the less expensive guys, but end up being a damp mess that takes 2 days to dry. We used another every day company (it wasn't the owner) and they didn't even bother to vacuum first. In and out in 45 mins. Chem dry, 3 hrs. Extra time spent on cat area and oriental rug (extra $ but worth it). Chem dry is our go to even though it's not the cheapest. No regrets for the extra cost. $$

I have used Chem Dry services for years and every time I am very pleased with the results. I have had numerous aging and ill dogs and Gary always does the best that can be done to get stains and odors out of the rugs. He is knowledgeable, reliable and very respectful of my home. And I love that the Chem Dry process dries so quickly.
