I recently visited Urban Optics Optometric Center and had a wonderful experience. Top 3 things I loved: 1) friendly service from the staff who made me feel welcomed right away; 2) thorough eye exam and professional explanation of my vision treatment options; 3) helpful guidance on choosing prescription glasses. The whole visit was pleasant, professional, and left me confident about my eye health.
Great experience with this office as it was my first time visiting them, they were very efficient with time and, didn’t waste any. Super friendly doctor and staff. The only minor detail I didn’t love was that they didn’t have a lot of variety when it came time to choose frames. Overall very great experience, and recommend for an eye exam.
Very happy with my new glasses, and with the exceptional quality of service provided by all the staff at Urban Optics. My frames fit perfectly, and the transitional lenses are working great. Also love their location (La Arcada Plaza), and the general atmosphere (amicable and tranquil).
