“I called them to ask if they'd come by to look at my concrete tile roof to see if it needed to be redone before I added a PV array. Oscar came the same day and was very courteous and helpful. He got on the roof and lifted up a tile and we took a look. He said that the roofing felt looked really good and there wasn't a need to replace the roof even though it was 30 years old. My concrete tile is a light color and the roof faces east so the felt had not been baked over the years and was still pliable and in great shape. He sealed up around the nail holes and reinstalled the tile. What great service... and at no charge!”
