David Castillo with ServiceMaster came to our home at the request of our insurance company. We had substantial water damage in our home due to a roof leak. David was able to determine where the water gained entry which was in the laundry room behind a built-in pantry. He explained very clearly the process to us. It involved tear out of the cabinet and removing damaged drywall with mold and removal of flooring. The extent of the damage was more than we anticipated. I want to take a few minutes to inform you of how pleased I am with Dave servicing my home. He was first dispatched on Monday January 12th. and he immediately communicated with my adjuster for approval to commence restoration.
As a homeowner that has never experience this kind of water damage, the process was very stressful. David was a professional and very calming. He explained the process as he progressed and he was diligent in protecting the surrounding areas of the rest of the house. He provided timelines as the week progressed and he was also very punctual.
