“This review is long overdue. I went to Glamour Laser Skin Center for a laser treatment 7 months ago & went in again for my 1st botox treatment about 2 months ago... My job requires me to travel once every couple of months and I was due for a laser treatment when I found myself in Santa Barbara. A couple of phone calls to find this wonderful place & a consultation later- they fit me in. I got my arms, underarms and upper lip done. Oh were they in need. The staff was so friendly & it was such a great atmosphere I wished I could make it my regular spot..... So I thanked them, dded then to my instagram page & said I'd visit the next time I was in town. Back in L.A I kept seeing them post on I.G and followed them.... Then I saw THE post. The post showing pictures of their new nurse with A list celebrities she had treated. Being as I was set to go to S.B for work the next month guess what I did? yes ! Called & booked my FIRST ! Yes FIRST Botox treatment. Here I am 2 months later & I still cant get over the difference it has made. Not only do I look AmazinG , my self confidence is thru the Roof! Thank You GLSC.... “I received a gift card for Treat & made an appointment for a facial. Jamie was the technician & she was fabulous. Everything used smelled great, and she did some lymphatic drainage that felt wonderful. The spa itself is beautiful and rooms are private and quiet for your service. Absolutely no complaints about service, atmosphere, or value. However, the prices were on a card that came with the gift card; on their website; and under glass at the front desk but I was charged more than advertised. When I asked why, I was told the prices had increased. I was surprised and paid the new price and recalculated the tip based on the new price. I believe if your prices change, your website, anything with prices printed on it, and anything posted on the premises should all be updated immediately when the new prices go into effect. Also, when checking in, it should be mentioned that the prices have increased. I did not think the person at the front desk was professional about the price change at all and looking back I should have politely insisted on paying the advertised price.“
