We were referred to Douglas flooring by a friend and could not be happier with the experience or with the final product. Nathan was great to work with on the initial bid and any questions that came up. Roger and Jason went out of their way to get the job done as quickly as possible so my family could move in while still maintaining a great finished product. The entire team was passionate about what they do and went out of their way to make the house look as good as possible.
Nathan and his team did a beautiful job sanding and staining our nearly 100 year-old original floors in our kitchen. Appreciated their expertise and willingness to come back for small touch ups we found days after they finished.
Earl Douglas (grandpa) put in our oak wood plank floor in 1987. After 38 years, it still looked mostly great with some water damage in the kitchen. So we called Nathan (grandson) who assured us the floor could be brought back to its original splendor. Grandpa Earl had the foresight to preserve samples of all the flooring material used over the years. He had the matching planks we needed to replace some damaged ones in the kitchen. After sanding and refinishing you can not tell the difference between the 38 year old floor and the new planks. The crew is excellent.
