This was not a project we wanted to do, it started with a moldy smell in our ADU and became a bigger repair and renovation as we identified existing problems and worked with José to find solutions. The work is flawless, our new shower looks fantastic and the work on the exterior looks amazing as well. However what I really appreciated was the time Jose and crew took to lay out all our options and make sure we understood why each step was happening and how it fit into the big picture. Communication was prompt and clear and we were updated constantly on progress.

Purified Environments did our Post Remediation Verification testing and took samples after mold was discovered in the home we were renting (daughter's room and kitchen). We were all having symptoms - especially my daughter who was under 1 years old. I was so scared and felt so desperate to get out of the home. Skip was so kind and knowledgeable. He analyzed the mold test results for me and taught me about mold and about my rights. He was so incredibly generous with his time. He even spoke to me on weekends.
