Matt and Alex just finished cleaning the carpets in my house. They responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled service for the next day. I appreciate the family run business, great communication and honesty. They did a brilliant job. I highly recommend Coast Carpet Cleaning. Alex Orosz and Matt did a beautiful job. My carpet looks brand new. I appreciated how easy it was to set up an appointment and was grateful for Alex's texts, letting me know that they were arriving on time. I also appreciated the clarity of the financial transaction. I knew exactly what the service would cost and that was reassuring, since this was my first time ever using a professional carpet cleaning service. I have always been very happy with the service I receive from Coast Carpet Cleaning. In the past, I've worked with the prior owner, David, to clean some challenging pet stains and he did a great job. Recently, I called again and found out the David's nephew, Alex, now owns the company. Alex is very professional, knowledgable and provides great customer service. They showed up on time, communicated well throughout the process and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend their services. Very professional!
