My mom and I were looking for a facial in Santa Barbara and were so happy we found this place. We were both able to get in last minute yesterday, which felt like such a treat, and we each had Alyssa as our facialist.

She was an absolute doll !! so sweet, accommodating, and made the entire experience incredibly relaxing from start to finish. She took the time to really understand our skin, listened carefully to our concerns and needs, and was very thoughtful and prescriptive in her approach. On top of that, she was just genuinely lovely to talk to, which made the experience even better. We both left feeling refreshed, taken care of, and glowing.

I can’t recommend Kirsten enough. I’m very particular about my lashes and she somehow gets them exactly right every time! Full, but never that “brooms for eyelashes” look I worry about.

Beyond the lashes, though, she’s honestly become one of my favorite parts of self-care. Sitting in her chair feels like getting pampered and having a mini therapy session haha she’s such a good listener and makes the whole experience feel grounding and calm. On days I just want to listen to a podcast and nod off, she’s totally in for that too.
