“Sol seek has been such a safe place for me to practice. I really was intimidated to take formal classes but wanted to try it out. I took Myah’s burn class and she is truly so welcoming and warm and makes the class feel so approachable for all levels. Her energy is so healing and she’s hilarious. I always leave her class feeling stronger and more confident! I’m now doing classes while pregnant and she went out of her way to get me a wedge pillow to make class more comfortable for me! She’s simply the best.

I’ve also taken Angel’s Pilates class which is also incredible. She is has such a calm and encouraging spirit. GREAT WORKOUT, inclusive and kind environment all around! She is so knowledgeable and she keeps classes fresh and fun!”

“I worked with Terra, using acupuncture and acupressure w/magnets before and after jaw surgery to help support my recovery. I of course can’t compare to if I hadn’t worked with Terra, but I do feel revitalized after every session and my healing has been going very smoothly. I also have noticeably diminished overall stress and anxiety after each session (lots of stuff about jaw surgery recovery creates low key background stress). I hadn’t worked with the magnets before but I definitely feel like they’re contributing to the overall improvements.

And as a person Terra is warm, calm, supportive, and easy to engage with. If you’re considering, I’d say try a session for sure.”

“I have never done Pilates and was curious if it would be something I could do and more importantly, enjoy. I hate working out🤣
I arrived at my appointed time and at first thought the studio was closed because it was so dark, but I tried the door and went. I was immediately greeted warmly by a woman with a huge smile at the front desk(so sorry I can’t remember her name)I filled out paperwork and had a seat. About 10 minutes later, Cynthia came out and introduced herself, sat next to me and asked what brought me in and what did o hope to gain from Pilates. We had a lovely chat and she made me feel so comfortable, like chatting with an old friend.

Cynthia then took me and 2 others to the machines and explained everything we needed to know, which was nice because I’m usually lost when it comes to fitness equipment in general. Then we got on our machines and went through an abbreviated level 1 class. She was so patient and explained exactly how to position my body for each movement we did. She also continually walked between the three of us, verbally correcting our positions and occasionally asking if she could physically place us in the correct position.
I usually feel intimidated when I go to the gym or other fitness classes because they always seem full of women who make the gym their whole personality. Everyone here was so sweet, warm and welcoming. And there were lots of different body shapes and sizes, which made me think that I could really do this!

I also really enjoyed that the room lighting was dim and blue. It was very calming and relaxing. As someone with adhd, bright lights and lots of background noise can be uncomfortable and distracting, so this was a really nice change from your average gym or class.
It also doesn’t have that “gym smell” IYKYK🤣
Overall, it was just a lovely experience from how easy it was to book the free intro class to the check process and the class itself.

If you’ve never tried Pilates and are curious, I highly recommend you give Cynthia and her Club Pilates a try!”
