I received a gift card for Treat & made an appointment for a facial. Jamie was the technician & she was fabulous. Everything used smelled great, and she did some lymphatic drainage that felt wonderful. The spa itself is beautiful and rooms are private and quiet for your service. Absolutely no complaints about service, atmosphere, or value. However, the prices were on a card that came with the gift card; on their website; and under glass at the front desk but I was charged more than advertised. When I asked why, I was told the prices had increased. I was surprised and paid the new price and recalculated the tip based on the new price. I believe if your prices change, your website, anything with prices printed on it, and anything posted on the premises should all be updated immediately when the new prices go into effect. Also, when checking in, it should be mentioned that the prices have increased. I did not think the person at the front desk was professional about the price change at all and looking back I should have politely insisted on paying the advertised price.

Had a very positive experience at this location while using my Axxess card. Friendly staff and received A+ care during my facial. Would return to try other services. Great location to add.

Jamie is knowledgeable and attentive with a range of products that suit your skin type. I love eminence organics which I can not say enough about. The rooms are clean and soothing and you know you're getting her undivided attention. My skin feels so refreshed and nourished after each treatment.
