Visiting from out of town and dropped into a class. Staff were welcoming and the space was open and comfortable. No mirrors, which I appreciate. Cubbies for your belongings. Great vibe.

This is my favorite yoga studio in town. I can't recommend it more. The environment is clean, beautiful and inviting. The staff makes you feel so welcome, and relaxed and the teachers are knowledgeable and work hard to make their classes fun, informative and creative.My main reason for writing this review is to highlight an incredible teacher: Lucy Whillhite. I've been attending her 'Burn' class for over 8 months and it's my favorite class I've ever taken...and I've practiced yoga and taken workout classes for over 6 years.Her approach is warm, enthusiastic and guides you in a way that makes you feel motivated, and put at ease.
