“Had an issue with my air conditioning unit that other companies told me was too old to repair/replace (12 year old unit). Crocker air was able to schedule me the day after I called and had a technician named Chris come out and diagnose the issue. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed the issue in a few minutes, replaced the part and when the air conditioner still didn’t turn on he was able to quickly diagnose the other issue and resolve it with some cleaning. Chris explained the process all the way through making me feel much more confident in the repair. Great experience, very affordable, and will only be using them from now on for any HVAC issues.“
