“Mike from this company showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with our air conditioning unit water leak. Another company came out first and said they repaired the problem but did not! Next they told us we should just buy a new system. Not only did Don's fix it, we were told that our Carrier system would easily be good for another 10 years. Beware of repair companies whose goal it is to sell you a $20,000+ new system. Highly recommend Don's and will use them if and when we have any issues in the future!“

“Specifically, this is for Jarrod and his assistant (sorry, didn't get a name). These guys were sent by the apartment complex we are renting from. We have been getting a major runaround from management about a couple of serious plumbing issues. Jarrod was the first and only person so far to listen to us, take us seriously, CARE about our problems and try his best to solve them. Fixed one completely and made a good start on another (unfortunately, we have to get management to authorize finishing the job and they will probably try to stonewall us again). He also took the time to explain exactly what the problems were and how everything is supposed to work. Just an all-around professional guy with a problem-solving instinct.
