Flow Yoga is wonderful addition to the community! Every time I've practiced it come to a social, it's been the highlight of my week. Far too much to say re how beautiful Christine's class along with Amars mindfulness and kindness during his grief workshop moves me. The Infrared Sauna was nice and soothing! A private serene area is set up for you when you book the sauna with water and a lavender towel. You can pick the music. I ended with Lindsey Sterling Christmas music. All my aches and pains just melted away! Thank you Flow!
