“I called Lewis Plumbing for a drainage issue in my kitchen sink. When the Lewis Plumbing technician called Isaac came in, the water was passing through, just slowly. The sink was still usable. When he left, the kitchen line was blocked completely. I payed $900, and the problem was not only resolved, it magnified in proportion. I now cannot use the kitchen sink (and dishwasher) and have major repairement project on my laps. The Lewis plumber seemed to not know what he was doing. When he left, he forgot his equipment (large drain cleaner) in my shower, when I call them to take this out of my house he returned to get it, and after he left I had to screw in the drain opening myself. They charge $165 per hour, and he charged me for 4 hours work while he was in my house for little over 3 hours. Isaac also lied on the invoice claiming the kitchen drain was blocked from the beginning. Shame on you, Lewis Plumbing. It's the most overpriced plumbing company in my area, and I came to them because my HOA recommended it. Reading the reviews on Yelp I see many people had bad experiences with them. I wish I researched them before choosing this company.

An update: the company manager called and offered to send a technician at no cost to try to correct the issue. A senior technician came in and fixed the problem within an hour. He also brought back the check I gave them, and issued a new invoice, for $390, which seems very fair. The technician was super nice, and clearly very experienced. The bottom line: the company clearly stands up to its reputation, and makes amends if anything goes wrong. Frankly, I did not expect this, and am more than happy with the resolution of the situation.“

“We text them same day for service on our sink and they were here within 3 hours of reaching out! Isaac H was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. He even advised us on bringing some of our appliances up to code and provided estimates. I found their service charge to be very reasonable and even their estimates to be fairly priced as well. He expertly resolved our plumbing issues of removal and replacement of rotted drain collars with toe taps in our two bathtubs. He was knowledgeable, highly experienced, thorough and precise. The rotted condition of the drain collars prevented using the customary drain removal tool. Jaime carefully cut slots in the drain collars to facilitate their removal without damaging or breaking the drain pipes, and attached the metal collars into the plastic pipes with no cross-threading.
