Let me start by saying that I am not a "handy" person. My oven broke and I decided to save some money and learn to DIY it. Judy helped me find the part I needed (igniter), which she had in stock, and went through the entire process of replacing it with me. She is a wealth of knowledge! Fair price and great service.
