This is my third project with CC. I have been consistently pleased with the high quality of the product, as well as the expertise and responsiveness of the design team. My designer Tammy is so talented and creative, and has been an incredible inspiration for all my projects. The installation team was extremely professional and made a rather complex install look easy. I would highly recommend CC for any home project, large or small.
I put in a online inquiry about needing my house exterior painted. Unfortunately I was unable to receive any toth paining services. (I live out side of the service zone they cover). Megan still reached out and informed me of this instead of just ignoring the inquiry. This is very much appreciated! So many contractors just don't respond!

Customer service is what make ALT great. They followed up regularly to make sure I was satisfied and that my printer was working and functioning as intended. Once installed, I knew that if I had any issues (which I have not) they would be Johnny on the Spot to help. Wouldn't get copiers from anyone else.
SPE did an amazing job at our wedding. They provided DJ and MC services, up lighting as well as we booked Cufflink Media for our photos. The staff was excellent and helped make our vision a dream come true! I could not recommend them enough! I am so happy we went with them for our Big day!! If you want to have a great time and not worry about a thing you must book with them!! They are truly the best in Ohio and are true professionals!

North coast was responsive to my inquiry about a roofing repair and follow-up.I was provided an honest estimate and a reasonable one-day completion of the requested work. The roofer identified the problem and the solution. He then followed up promptly, performed the repair and cleaned up when done. He provided just what I expect from a contractor!
The whole system is very customer centric. They have set the bar for customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work.
It is the first week of May, and I cancelled lawn services a few weeks ago in my effort to reduce expenses. Andy and his team helped us with several projects, adding electric outlets, hot tub and tankless water heater. They were very professional and speedy. We are happy with the quality as well.

This place is amazing! First time here and lived in cleveland my whole life. I was dumping some wood from a garage that we tore down. We got weighed up and then off we went up the circular hill where u see all types of stuff and then we came to where they told us to go dump all the wood, came back down the hill, got weighed one more time, went in to pay (card or cash) which came out to be $95 and I thought it was going to be $70 but not bad for a full uhaul. A good sight see coming down the hill as soon as u turn onto the street of the company to get where we had to go to there is a greenhouse, farm and even flowers u can purchase (many beautiful fresh flowers and baskets of all kind). Very clean and up to date on everything. Very easy to get to (directions are right on)and quick.
Prompt, efficient & seamless service. Mr. Appliance sends a picture of the repair person so you know who is coming to service your appliance. Anthony was personable and professional. We won’t hesitate to call them again if we need their services.
