“I haven’t been to this dry cleaners before, and really don’t have much experience with getting things dry cleaned. Really straight forward though. When I walked in the employee stopped what he was doing right away and came to greet me. Got right into business and let me know my items would be ready later that day (only other time I did dry cleaning it took a couple days) They also enrolled my phone number and I was able to receive live updates on what step my clothes were in in the process of pick up originally stated it would be ready by 5pm but I got a text by noon stating my clothes were ready for pick up. I went in to pick up later and they again stopped what they were doing immediately to help me and quickly got my items back to me. Great service. Straight forward customer service. Great system. 5/5”
