Immediately very warm and welcoming place. Extremely chill. Makes my hippy heart happy. Imagine walking into a vintage anthropologie-esque yoga studio and that’s what abide yoga is. Loved the slow beginning to the class and by the middle had warmed up well to do the harder stuff. It’s a come as you are, wear what you want, do whatever you want, kind of place. (As opposed to the wealthy-lululemon-wearing intimidating vibes of other places). They have tea and water and extra mats and every kind of prop that you could imagine. I’m definitely going to sign up for a membership.

I've been coming to Abide for over a decade, and in all those years I have never found a community centered studio that comes close to what Hope has created. There's a community tea bar for people to get cozy and make conversation with each other, and a clothing rack for people to bring/take what they need. There are so many amazing teachers who all teach in their own authentic ways, and invite you to find softness in your body....read full review
