I took it in I think Tuesday and got it back Tuesday the next week. Working like it was brand new with all 3 USB ports, cleaned the dust out and replaced the thermal paste. I brought an MSI Stealth gaming laptop to that has impact damage to the back of the case.He inspected it, did some tests and determined that the computer might have damages slightly beyond his expertise (damaged motherboard). He recommended a store to me, wrote up a diagnostic report for me and called the store informing them of my laptop and its situation so all I had to do was follow up.The biggest highlight of this, HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THIS SERVICE.
