“Kevin and Ezekiel were great. Showed up on time, got right to work. They took time to listens to concerns, explained repairs, made future recommendations and kept work area clean. Would agree to them if needed in future. Great jobs guys!!!”
“Been using Green Home for 3 (twice per year) years now. Maintenance has always great and techs are personable and knowledgeable.”
“I hired Steven with Cleveland Own Custom Contracting to rebuild the front porch on my Lakewood home, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
From day one, Steven and his crew showed up, stayed on the project, and kept things moving until the job was completely finished. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I always knew what was happening and what to expect next.
They pulled the proper permits, and Steven’s work passed every inspection on the first call. The quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself, especially considering the condition the porch was in when they started.
If you’re in the Cleveland or Lakewood area and need a porch rebuilt, I would absolutely recommend Cleveland Own Custom Contracting. They also take on larger renovation and construction projects and have access to an architectural design team that can help with drawings, permitting, and getting a project from concept through construction.
Great experience from start to finish, and I would definitely hire Steven again.”
