“A few months ago we decided to get some much-needed work done on our house (Roof, Fence and Patio) and as we all know, contractors' schedules are so packed they can't even come out and give you a quote! So I reached out on Facebook and other places to get at least 3 quotes, all from friends who gave their recommendations. Montenegro Restoration won the bid for many reasons, 1. Actually called back the same day and came out to review the work that needed to be completed! 2. Provided a detailed quote within days (unheard of) 3. Followed through doing the work when they said 4. The roof was completed in 1 day! The fence was a challenge because of the grade of the yard, but what an amazing job. The guys were respectful, efficient, and resolved any questions or concerns immediately. The Patio gets poured tomorrow and we are very excited, we are already going to give Montenegro other projects because we trust their work, the cost is reasonable, the work impressive and they are great to work with. Every day they were on the job they cleaned up the boards, equipment etc...construction work is never easy, but they actually made it a very pleasurable experience. “ATI was amazing from the start. As soon as I made the claim on my homeowners' insurance, ATI called me to let me know they would be at my house within 2 hours and they were. I also got phone calls from the project manager who handled the clean-up and damage estimate and the crew as they were on their way to us. The cleanup crew was great! They were professional, courteous and fast. I really can't praise them enough. When reconstruction was able to begin ATI's project manager, Jim, handled everything and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. Jim the PM and the owner of the construction company met with me, and we discussed colors, finishes, timeline etc. The construction crew was awesome though not a part of ATI but handpicked by ATI. ATI's PM, Jim, came by the house at least 3 times a week to make sure everything was going well on schedule and that I was happy and satisfied with the job. “We had Solomons’ sealcoat our driveway August 2025. We were so impressed! When Solomon came out to look at our driveway and provide an estimate, he was super friendly. He was there the day of the job working alongside with his crew. They took their time, and did such a great job. After that, they edged the driveway AND the sidewalk in front of our house! Maybe this is customary, but this blew me away. We were so incredibly appreciative, and we let Solomon know that. About 2 days after the job was completed, a young boy decided to step over the tape at the end of our driveway and rolled his bike around in the asphalt (yes, you read that correctly). Unsure if this was able to be fixed, I called Solomon and he was there that day to touch up the area at no extra cost. I would absolutely go with them again and plan to in the future!“
