Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I always knew what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>They pulled the proper permits, and Steven’s work passed every inspection on the first call. The quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself, especially considering the condition the porch was in when they started.<br><br>If you’re in the Cleveland or Lakewood area and need a porch rebuilt, I would absolutely recommend Cleveland Own Custom Contracting. “My house a Bungalow in Bedford experience severe hail damage to my roof, siding and gutters. On July 14, 2026 AV Remdeling came at to do a complete tear off an install a new roof and venting. Al's crew I believe it was 5 guys started my roof at approxmately 9:00AM and by 8:00PM was completely done with the house and the detached garage roofs.They answered all my questions took very little breaks on a very bad smog day. Al came out and talked with me and look over the roofing instaltion. I could not be more pleased, and I am excited AV Remodeling to install my new siding and gutters. I will do another review once that work is completed. If you need a roofer I would highly recommend AV Remodeling.<br><br>On 8/23-25- 9/1/25 Milk, Matt and Bob from AV Remodling came out to my bungalow house in Bedford and replaced my siding and gutters that was damage by hail. They installed new dutchflap vinyl siding and installed new siding, trim, gable vents, soffits gutters around the house and garage, downspouts and sure flow gutter guards. Milk, Matt and Bob were prefessional, courteous and answed all questions that I had. They checked all the downsputs drains and found that most of drains were cloged so they ran downsputs with an elbows so the water drain out into the grass. They consulted me on any problems that they incounted they let me know what they were going to do to correct the problem. I would highly AV Remodeling for any siding or roofing projects that you house would need.”

“ATI was amazing from the start. As soon as I made the claim on my homeowners' insurance, ATI called me to let me know they would be at my house within 2 hours and they were. I also got phone calls from the project manager who handled the clean-up and damage estimate and the crew as they were on their way to us. The cleanup crew was great! They were professional, courteous and fast. I really can't praise them enough. When reconstruction was able to begin ATI's project manager, Jim, handled everything and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. Jim the PM and the owner of the construction company met with me, and we discussed colors, finishes, timeline etc. The construction crew was awesome though not a part of ATI but handpicked by ATI. ATI's PM, Jim, came by the house at least 3 times a week to make sure everything was going well on schedule and that I was happy and satisfied with the job. Rudy, Jim, everything was fabulous, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!”

Actually called back the same day and came out to review the work that needed to be completed! 2. Provided a detailed quote within days (unheard of) 3. Followed through doing the work when they said 4. The roof was completed in 1 day! The fence was a challenge because of the grade of the yard, but what an amazing job. The guys were respectful, efficient, and resolved any questions or concerns immediately. The Patio gets poured tomorrow and we are very excited, we are already going to give Montenegro other projects because we trust their work, the cost is reasonable, the work impressive and they are great to work with. Every day they were on the job they cleaned up the boards, equipment etc...construction work is never easy, but they actually made it a very pleasurable experience. He was there the day of the job working alongside with his crew. They took their time, and did such a great job. After that, they edged the driveway AND the sidewalk in front of our house! Maybe this is customary, but this blew me away. We were so incredibly appreciative, and we let Solomon know that. About 2 days after the job was completed, a young boy decided to step over the tape at the end of our driveway and rolled his bike around in the asphalt (yes, you read that correctly). Unsure if this was able to be fixed, I called Solomon and he was there that day to touch up the area at no extra cost. I would absolutely go with them again and plan to in the future!”
