“We hired Fraser Contracting to work on our 100-year-old, residential duplex in Bratenahl earlier this year. Because of Fraser, I have my house back! After working with an electrical company that left my house in disarray/full of open channels and holes, we contacted Fraser construction to see if they could help. After providing an amazingly fair estimate (especially for being 2024) he and his team patched and painted the ceilings and walls of our living room, dining room, two bedrooms, and our main hallway. On top of this, his team fixed many oversights left behind from the prior electrical company. In conjunction, they demolished the old entries to our second and third floor units and rebuilt an interior plan that allows it to flow as one singular unit with a thoughtful main entrance. To boot, his team completed all of this work in just about a months time! We were thrilled. “I needed multiple things done, stack fixed and gas line repaired. After talking with the technicians they sent I decided to just get the gas line re-piped. Also, the company which has done the initial rehab of the home did the stack incorrectly, so had that redone as well. The guys were professional and personable. They got the work done within the 2 day window they promised. Gas service to the home was able to be started and all sinks and toilets flush and drain as they should.“
