Stella at Serenity Aesthetics was wonderful in listening to my specific requests and working with me. Along with the longest lasting Botox treatment, she also shaped my lips to the desired look I was looking for and with NO bruising at all, and still looks fresh today, about 2 months later. Stella took all the precautions to make the treatment as pain-free as possible with wonderful numbing gels and ice. She does not rush. I was given the sweetest “party gifts” like thick lip gloss (that is still use today it’s my fav) arnica gel, and cute, lip shaped ice packs. Her prices are great and her office is welcoming. Will definitely be returning to Serenity Aesthetics!

Ladosha Write, is truly a hair angle, highly educated when it comes to african hair, I went to her for the first time and the experience was absolutely beautiful, the customer service and professionalism is a 10 plus, the minute she looked at my hair the education class began, from the beginning to the end of my service, I knew everything about my hair, I also received a color which compliments my skin complexion, what I can say, my hair feels soft, healthy , and looks amazing, I am so happy I found her on her YouTube channel, Msladosha you are the bomb and you know your craft. The man is precise and his attention to detail is outstanding. He never disappoints. Very flexible with booking, great with a blade, and very professional. 10/10 would recommend.

Derek came by to inspect our ac unit after I heard a hissing sound come through the vents. He inspected it thoroughly and did a great job ensuring it was okay with great instructions as to what to do if I hear it again. He even changed my filter even though it wasn't exactly why he was here. Awesome service!

Mr. Gaylor replaced our sump pump. We had been previously told by another company that the back up battery also needed to be replaced, but Mr. Gaylor tested it and demonstrated that this was not the case - thus saving us $1100! I appreciate his honesty, his timeliness, and fair pricing. He completed the job efficiently and everything works now. I highly recommend him.
Update: Another terrific experience with Mr. Gaylor! We had a clay downspout that was cracked and needed replacement. He quoted a price for us which he later lowered when he realized that the job took less time than he had predicted. In my experience, it is rare for a business to quote a price and then lower it in the spirit of fairness. He also went the extra mile by putting a camera in the drain and he was able to see that the person who flushed out the drain had missed a spot. (That person came back, admitted that the flushing had been incomplete, and flushed it again.) Mr. Gaylor arrives promptly and works efficiently. Highly recommend him!!

I visited KeyExpress Locksmiths with a requirement for duplicates of three unique keys, and within just five minutes, I left with flawless duplicates of each one. They all work flawlessly. One key was especially challenging to replicate, and I couldn't find any other locksmith in Town Ctr Severance Cleveland Heights who could do it. But Jamie accomplished it without any issues.
I went here for a few years until I moved and while I am happy with my current dentist I miss Dr. Sobolewski. Her and her staff are really nice and I can tell she is really passionate about her work. I also really felt like she was actually disappointed in me whenever I didn't floss witch I did find helpful. I am happy to report I now floss every day!

Sable is wonderful! I have a neurological disorder that makes my muscles pull and tremor and it's very painful. After a massage I am so grateful to have a day free from pain. She is very good!
Sable has magic fingers that can get all the knots out of my muscles. She works intuitively, so each time I go it's a little different. But the result is always blissful relief. I highly recommend her!
