Representative arrived on time, I got notice ahead of time that he was on his way, was courteous, polite, and very careful with the cat that was located in the area who was checking. I’ve tried other companies, and this is the best I’ve ever had. The text that come in are just so personable and so helpful and so concerned about animals in the house that they’re OK and that they can get their job done without interrupting anybody. Will continue to use this company they’re the best!
The tech came out on time but I wonder if he really got a good assessment of my basement & possible entry points. Although that may be the way it’s done. He was professional & provided what I think is good information. The Inspector is scheduled to come out in 2 weeks. I think I was under the impression that would be done on the first visit.
My technician was able least 30 mins to an hour late; however he did call and let me know about a scheduling issue and apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciate that customer service. He came in, explained the process, answered questions and then got to work. I’m hoping for great results.
