Communication can be spotty - they seem to be understaffed - and texts and emails might take a day to get returned. Still, very competitive pricing and they're friendly, knowledge, and thorough. We had bed bugs, and our exterminator explained the entire process and the benchmarks we should see as the treatments did their work. Bed bugs can be devious and lie in wait a long time, but a couple of months later we appear to be out of the woods. I'm very pleased with Kreshco, and I'll think of them first for my future pest control needs.
