I’ve visited several grooming shops over the years and this one stood out because they actually listened carefully to instructions. I asked for a simple trim on my shih tzu and they followed it perfectly without cutting too much. She looked neat while still keeping her fluffy style.
I know a lot of my friends take their dogs here and that's great but I did just call there and I was trying to do a kind gesture and give a credit card over the phone to help a good friend pay for their pets nail trim and unfortunately they wouldn't help me I know if I owned a small business I would try to get as much business as I could to stay afloat. I don't know if they got burned in the past by somebody that didn't pay or they're just worried about taxes or something with cash only I'm not sure but they need to start thinking about that moving forward I didn't want to leave too low of stars because that's not fair but this is something they really need to look into...read full review
This place is amazing. Been taking my dog Juno there since she was a puppy. They really care for my dog and make sure they cut her the way we want. Robert from the front desk is always very nice and accommodating. Great business. Highly recommend.
