I recently contacted Echo Air for a repair quote on my aging HVAC system. Bob came out to inspect the unit and, after a thorough evaluation, explained that due to the advanced age of both my furnace (35+ years) and AC unit (25+ years), a full replacement would be more cost-effective than repairs. His honesty and expertise were greatly appreciated.

Bob provided a detailed, all-inclusive quote for a new furnace and AC system. After reviewing the proposal, I felt confident moving forward and scheduled the installation.

On the day of the install, Bob and Noah arrived right on time and got straight to work. Despite encountering a few unexpected challenges, they handled everything with professionalism and efficiency, completing the job in a timely manner.
