The staff is caring and thoughtful, putting the needs of pets and their owners first. Clients appreciate the hospital's flexibility, accommodating schedules and providing private rooms for sensitive procedures. The pricing is amazing and the best in the area. The staff treat fur babies like actual children. Dr. Kim and his team are compassionate and attentive, honest, and only provide required care without adding unnecessary tests and vaccines. They treat your fur baby with dignity.
We love Dr Kim and Shaker Square Animal Hospital. They are caring, compassionate and friendly, but beyond that Dr. Kim provides superior medical care for our dog that we trust. I think we have been coming here close to 10 years. You can trust this practice to care about your pet.
My dog had extensive dental work . Dr. Kim and his staff are so gentle. Phil is feeling so much better.
They did a great job both taking care of my service dog when I brought him in for a dental procedure Dr.kim answered all my questions and gave clear instructions after the visit. They allowed me to make a payment plan with how expensive it is so very kind people working there. They allowed me staff very helpful. The 2 misunderstanding was the miscommunication. They told me dental procedures started at $400. Then my dog needed 3 teeth removed. The total priced ended up being 400 per tooth.
