Tim, your technician who serviced our home today (in the Chagrin Falls area) for carpenter bees is FANTASTIC! Friendly, competent and showed up to spray even under a rainy downpour, he got soaked and was not bothered in the least! Five Stars!
I had a great experience. Jim Gilbert came over to take care of an ant issue, and he did such a great job that when I started having some spider problems I specifically asked for him.
