I was completing a few rooms and wanted to use the same lvp that I used in other rooms of the house. Unfortunately it was no longer in production but another store had it in stock. Jacob at the Pro desk was able to find the original purchase and find what store had that product in stock. He was able to get it shipped to me so that I now don’t have to worry about matching the colors of the planks. Jacob took the time to track down the planking I wanted.His efforts were appreciated and saved me a lot of effort trying to match shades of planking.
I had a great experience shopping at Floor & Decor for my bathroom remodel. They had so many options to choose from, and I was really grateful for the wide selection. I already knew what tile I wanted from shopping on their website, so I didn’t necessarily need assistance, but no one greeted us or offered help in the aisle. Thankfully my husband was there to load the cart.
That said, the cashier was very helpful and at that point asked if we needed help loading the truck. I also really appreciate the generous return policy. I loved the selection and will definitely be back for other flooring needs as we continue renovating!
