First time visiting this location and because of the costumer service they provided I will find my way back to them everytime I need anything for the house despite it being a 25min drive in comparison with their competitors which i have 3 of them within a 5 minute drive.Marco Freeman really made my experience a very easy and pleasant one with his professional and helpful approach. I then had to come back the following day and i interacted with Paul and Kathleen who were both also very polite and informative of the product I was purchasing which i really had no clue about and made it easy for me to then make the right decision. Everyone there was very nice. Had people that kept asking if we needed help. Nice clean store. They have a mobility cart, good for them. They offered me a free water. A lot to look at and prices seemed good. The have everything to do the job.

Dear Customer Service, I had a very good experience in your store. Your staff is very nice and helped me in many occasions especially Mrs T at 429 Richmond Rd Warrensville Ohio. I had a big list and a lot of questions about the products and Mrs T was very professional. She went above and beyond to help me find the items I needed.Thank you Mrs T.
