An impromptu stay in Cleveland took a turn for the fabulous thanks to my absolutely amazing experience at The Salon and Spa at Ascend. My Deep Cleansing Facial Treatment with Olga left my skin GLOWING, and was no joke the most relaxing hour of my life. I was already feeling fab at this point, but the subsequent blowout my hair received in the salon from the lovely Ellie took it to the next level. I walked out looking like a blonder Rachel from Friends and LOVING IT. Beautiful space, an abundance of treatments/ services offered, and truly talented staff that not only left me feeling as pampered as a princess but also comfortable. Exceptional experience that is client centered! Cleveland has a new BIG fan!
The nicely appointed spa is clean and quiet with nice amenities- tea coffee snacks etc. I had a hot stone deep tissue massage. Therapist BLynn was very very good. Great pressure and technique and nice sequencing onto next body area. I highly recommend booking with her!! Desk staff were also very kind and attentive. Thank you!!
