I was very nervous about my visit due to a lot of anxiety about dental experiences in the past. I feel like I have finally found a dentist I can trust. The level of compassion I experienced from not only Dr. Lu, but also the front office staff was nothing short of exceptional. I played music during my procedure and Dr Lu had fun right along with me to make sure I was in a good place, and explained any questions I had while the procedure was going on and made sure to check in with my throughout.

Downtown Dental offers great dental services, and I always enjoyed the staff. I’ve been going to Downtown Dental for almost 6 years. It’s always a good thing when you know you are in good hands. I recently went to Downtown Dental for some dental work. Dr. Lou and the dental assistant Li Li made me feel very relax?. I watched some TV and before I knew it, I was talking to AJ about my next appointment. Great people and great service!

The entire care team including Dr. Lu were incredibly kind and intentional with their care and the information they shared. I also felt heard and Lili consistently checked in. Happy to have found this place.
