Walked in with a part of my shower Stem. I didn't even know what the part in my hand was called.I didn't catch the guys name who helped me, long hair, nice guy.He knew exactly what I needed, walked me through the entire rebuild process and made sure I was good to go. Set me up with some new Tub Stems, Seats, Nipples, Flanges and Handles. An hour later, my shower is Fixed and works better than it ever has before.I'm not a plumber and don't often find myself needing plumbing supplies, but I will be referring everyone I know and will be making this my first stop for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

Super helpful staff. Brought in a 40 year old shower pull out stem valve. Sold me the correct kit, took the time to assemble it. If you need parts and expertise, this is the place.

This place is beyond excellent. Jason helped us figure out next steps for our broken 1950s sink faucet. When it was clear it couldn’t be fixed, instead of trying to sell us on a cheap new faucet or getting irritated with us for asking to repair such an old fixture in the first place, he looked up an exact match for us to replace it with. A new, exact match for a seventy year old faucet! Then he got the old pipe ends and cartridges out of a very rusty but irreplaceable mixing valve from the same bathroom, reconnected pipe ends and new cartridges, and installed new knobs in about 10 minutes today! Thank you!
