This was my first time at Everything by Face and my goodness was Rachel INCREDIBLE. What a gift she has for this, and on so many levels. Her personality is just lovely - kind, hospitable, patient, relatable, and knowledgeable. I loved how she would explain the steps she was doing, so that I understood the process (having not had a facial in YEARS). She put me in such a state of relaxation - it was awesome. Also - I just want to highlight how well Rachel read my energy regarding conversation. She knew exactly when I wanted to converse and when I wanted to just...be. Excellent should be an option. I love it here whenever I come, very professional, excellent customer service. My most recent experience was with Ms Myah she was awesome will request her next time if she is available but typically I will just get first available and I'm never disappointed. ❤

Face is an amazing Brow artist. Face has always been professional, providing a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful experience! I would definitely recommend Everything By Face if your looking for a spa in the Cleveland and surrounding areas!!
