“Please note this is a 5 STAR review!! We had Alan arrange for several repairs including a master bath remodel and were extremely happy with the work and the price. When the deck off the master bedroom began to leak we again contacted him. We were assured the work was guaranteed but we certainly didn’t foresee any problems because his work had always been exceptional. Can not describe my dismay when the roof leaked after the first major rain storm causing a portion of the breakfast nook ceiling to collapse. I contacted him very afraid there would be excuses as to why they weren’t responsible. I couldn’t have been more wrong they looked at the roof and identified the problem as a faulty installation of the railing. They removed the railing and fixed the leaking problem and asked me to wait until there had been more storms before replacing the railing and repairing the kitchen ceiling. When they completed the work they actually replaced the railing with a much better one and fixed the ceiling perfectly. One never wants problems with work they have contracted for, however sometimes someone does not do there job correctly which always causes frustration but when you have a contractor who stands behind his work and reputation 100% it certainly alleviates the stress. There was not even the slightest hesitation on Alan’s part that the problem would be totally rectified with no cost to me. So the bottom line is in a perfect world nothing goes wrong but in a not so perfect world it is pretty amazing to have a contractor you can trust 100%!“
