“What a nice shop! He repaired my old eyeglasses--I don't think anyone else in Cleveland does repairs anymore. The shop is old-fashioned and lovely. There are books and puzzles for children and a comfortable sitting area. The shop is from an older time. Just being there is a wonderful experience. I am sure he would be excellent with children. He is a very kind and a gentle man. I am so glad I found him and that I could get my frames repaired.“

“I have taken several pairs of glasses to Joe’s shop for repairs over the past 3 to 4 years. Joe is kind, patient and does excellent work. He charges reasonable prices and has our items ready within a decent time frame. We thank God for businesses like Children’s Optical. Thank you Joe!“

“This is the best eye doctor!! She fixed my eye fatigue and headaches and helped me maximize my eye insurance benefits. Really great experience. I live in another state now and think it would be worth driving back for my annual eye exam.“

“I had a very positive experience getting an updated prescription at the Brooklyn Walmart Vision Center earlier today. I accidentally drove to the wrong Walmart and arrived twenty minutes late to my appointment. I was grateful they were still willing to see me, and they did not give me any trouble to accommodate my mistake. The staff were knowledgeable and kind. The patient seen before me was wheelchair bound, and as she was rolling out, I saw Doctor of Optometry Ting Li lower herself so she could smile, speak and wave to the wheelchair patient at her level. It's the small details that matter to me, and I appreciate humanity.Ting Li helped educate me on the difference between distance correction and reading correction, and helped me identify and understand misconceptions I had about about my own vision. I was using reading correction glasses to read distance text. I felt comfortable asking her questions and did not feel rushed. While I ultimately do not feel comfortable using progressive lenses or personally want to buy them, Ting explained how I could use my prescription to get single vision and I appreciated that as well.“
