“The veterinary clinic I usually take my dog to is closed. So I shopped around Yelp and I got this animal clinic. I called and made an appointment for Sam. Carlito was very nice, very professional and extremely respectful. After my information was taken, the appointment time and date was confirmed and that's all I have for now. My appointment is next month and I'll let you know how it goes. So far I'm very happy with the treatment I've gotten even though I just made an appointment.“

“Extremely satisfying service provided by Dr. Kim and the entire team. I usually take time to write any review and that’s what I’m doing now. We have been visiting this place for more than three years now and undoubtedly we will continue going there. Our female Beagle is going there since her puppyhood. She’s always happy with her vet team. She likes to meet them and enjoy their company. We are blessed that our Beagle never showed unpleasant feelings while they are handling her. She is not afraid of taking vaccines which means that the vet team are taking good care of her. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable, but most importantly he is reasonable by all means. His suggestions and recommendations are useful. His opinions about vaccination and/or medicines are relevant and reasonable. The team members are professional and responsive. They always showed their effort to make our visits easy and convenient. We understand that all pets are very important for their owners so, we never hesitate to wait until the previous visitors are done with their stuff. Because when our terms comes, Dr. Kim and his team always gave us enough time to get our stuff done. So, undoubtedly he is doing the same thing to everyone else. They make every effort to accommodate us during their Saturday slots because that’s what fits best with our schedules. We will definitely recommend others to try them. They are doing their best. “My absolute favorite vet in CLE! I got a puppy this year and have taken her here for every single need she has had. Vaccinations, sick exams, spaying, microchipping - everything! The staff is truly wonderful and they love their jobs. This place is so popular that you need to get here at 8am or earlier to get an appointment that day! You can do walk-ins, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you only need a vet tech appointment, which I get most of the time. Incredibly affordable as well (bills usually under $100). Highly recommend!!!“
