Recently had technician Scott Kirkwood perform 6 month HWT maintenance service and other small needed fixes.Scott is always respectful and personable. He is also very organized and strives to be efficient.

I had another positive experience with Neptune Plumbing! First of all, their customer service line is great and they really care about their customers. Logan C. arrived to do the work in my bathroom today and I can't say enough about him! He's very professional, honest and just a very pleasant guy to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and was quick to detect what I needed for my dripping taps (tub). He also fixed a toilet problem I had. I had a few questions and he was happy to give me his opinion and advice. I will be getting a quote from Neptune in the New Year for my bathroom renovation! Jason did a great job, great service standards, will definitely use Neptune Plumbing for all our plumbing services. Service staff was very helpful and understanding.
