I have been coming to Hotchi and Refinery for over 5 years. I will not let anyone else even consider cutting my hair. Hotchi is extremely detailed but more importantly just a great dude that actually cares how his clients feel when they leave. Out of the 100s of haircuts I have never been upset. Hotchi’s professionalisms has rubbed off on all of his barbers where you truly cannot go wrong with any of them. They all have the same standards with being very detailed. Hatchi refinery barber shops are not like any other barbershops they are unique to the point that they have become a trademark in downtown Cleveland community. Had my first haircut there recently with Hatchi and it was the best haircut ever. Very professional and diligent but also laid back and nice to talk with. He took plenty of time to plan the style with me and did a perfect job!
Sarah Butcher was an awesome barber who was able to fit me in for a much needed haircut in short notice. Amazing with fades and beards. Even took time on her day off to fit me in on a holiday weekend.
