We hired Fraser Contracting to work on our 100-year-old, residential duplex in Bratenahl earlier this year. Because of Fraser, I have my house back! After working with an electrical company that left my house in disarray/full of open channels and holes, we contacted Fraser construction to see if they could help. After providing an amazingly fair estimate (especially for being 2024) he and his team patched and painted the ceilings and walls of our living room, dining room, two bedrooms, and our main hallway. I just had a meeting with Fraser. Extremely impressed with his knowledge on the remodeling work that I needed. He was very candid and more thorough than the other contractors I've spoken with up to this point! It's worth your time to talk with him about your remodeling needs!

If you every need some honest conversation on a scope of work, Fraser is the man to call. You may or may not like what you hear, but you will surely be better off for it. He is considerate towards his clients, that is a rarity to cherish nowadays. Good to have him in your corner.
