“My wife and I contracted Mandy via the Nurtured Foundation to provide overnight newborn care for our daughter, born in November 2025. Mandy's help was well worth the investment. Our daughter was comfortable with her from night one, and the restful sleep we got on the nights she worked did wonders for our wellbeing. Mandy provided detailed logs after each shift, prepared us for potential shifts in temperament based on common developmental milestones, shared soothing and transfer techniques, taught us massages for gas relief, and supported us when our daughter experienced side effects after her first round of vaccines (common, but scary for new parents!). Mandy gently encouraged us to introduce bottles at four weeks to ensure acceptance and a smooth back-to-work transition. She helped us time and execute the shift from swaddle to sleep sack, and was there to genuinely celebrate with us the first time our daughter slept through the night! We highly recommend Mandy and the Nurtured Foundation to expectant parents!“

“Well Folks today wuz my 2nd visit @ AOPT and I had my 1st massage by this young lady named Cassi. Let me tell ya as I'm texting this review I'm still sore from her magical hands and hot stone technique. I've had plenty of massages during my chiropractic and physical therapy treatment over the yrs and by far this one trumps them all. Dr Campbell who's a chiropractor there is also very good and knowledgeable at his profession. Erica and Jenn are also great at there profession as well. “As a person who practice yoga and really aware of the body I would say that it’s a rally perfect massage. Very unsustainable technique. Highly reccomended as great bodywork experience!
It has to cost much more than it costs.
The atmosphere is also really cool. It’s dark and smells great.“

He shaped them up really well & I’m so happy he didn’t take in my “good” eyebrow too much in order to match the other one. He balanced them out really well.“

“I've started receiving massages from Marilyn 30 years ago, and she remains my all time favorite therapist. She maintains knowledge of updated techniques, and has an innate sense of what is needed to make you physically be at your best. I've taken my 90 yo mom there for her first ever massage, as well as my older kids with various complaints from sport stresses. Unfortunately, I moved so do not see her as often but on occasion, the drive is worth it!! Highly recommend without reservation.“
