I had STANLEY STEEMER clean my carpets several weeks ago, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the work. I contacted management and explained my concerns, and they immediately responded by sending another technician named Adrian.
I cannot say enough good things about Adrian. He was professional, courteous, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure the job was done right. He took the time to address every concern I had and worked diligently to remove spots that had been left behind. His attention to detail and willingness to help completely changed my opinion of the company.
