The problem would not always show up while he was there, so it took a few visits to fully diagnose it, but the team stayed patient and kept troubleshooting until they were able to get an error code and replace the unit. Theodore also helped us figure out the venting issue and connected us with someone to install the needed vent piece at a very fair price. He clearly cared about getting everything working the right way and made sure the whole repair process moved along smoothly. We also appreciated that the extra vent piece was not charged when the old one did not fit. Everyone involved, including the owner, was helpful, honest, and easy to work with.
