“ATI was amazing from the start. As soon as I made the claim on my homeowners' insurance, ATI called me to let me know they would be at my house within 2 hours and they were. I also got phone calls from the project manager who handled the clean-up and damage estimate and the crew as they were on their way to us. The cleanup crew was great! They were professional, courteous and fast. I really can't praise them enough. When reconstruction was able to begin ATI's project manager, Jim, handled everything and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. Jim the PM and the owner of the construction company met with me, and we discussed colors, finishes, timeline etc. The construction crew was awesome though not a part of ATI but handpicked by ATI. ATI's PM, Jim, came by the house at least 3 times a week to make sure everything was going well on schedule and that I was happy and satisfied with the job. “Called for flood control. They were there quickly . Great job no longer have water coming toward house no flooding my family room .and Just had them to house for a kitchen and bath remodel . Good job and handled unforeseen circumstances with my plumbing . Found pipes that were not even glued into each other from someone else’s work . They went above and beyond the job hired for . “RE pest control came and sprayed my house for a bed bug issue on Friday and so far since then I haven’t seen any bed bugs and I have caught any in my traps yet so I’m hoping they are gone! I called RE pest control on Thursday night, very late in a straight panic because of these bugs and I hadn’t slept in days, he reassured me and put me on the schedule to come out literally the next day.
