“I had a great experience with McDonald Electric. The electrician who came out was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was having issues with several outlets, and he took his time troubleshooting rather than just jumping to a quick fix. He ultimately discovered that the outlets had been twisted directly into the aluminum wiring, which was the source of the problem.

I really appreciated how thorough he was in diagnosing the issue and explaining what he found. It was clear that he cared about identifying the actual cause and making sure the problem was addressed correctly. Great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely use McDonald Electric again and would highly recommend them“
